Any reproduction, alteration or distribution of the Portal web pages and the contents made available on them will require the written consent of the respective author or creator. Downloading and copying of web pages and contents made available on them will only be permitted for private use and as part of the military service in the Bundeswehr but not for commercial purposes. Providing aeronautical publications to third parties will only be permitted where necessary to perform tasks of the aeronautical information management (AIM) in accordance with Type A2 General Publication A2-272/2-2000-15 and where it is subsequently imperative for the safe performance of military flight operations as ordered.
The civilian national aeronautical publications and the civilian and military international aeronautical publications made available on the Aeronautical Publications Portal are only to be used in connection with the corresponding checklist of an aeronautical publication for the time being.
The contents of the Aeronautical Publications Portal have been compiled with the greatest possible care. The Section of the Air Operations Command which is responsible for the Portal, i.e. Section A 3 III c, is subject to the quality management system of the military air traffic services. It was first audited and certified in 2010 and has subsequently been audited both internally and externally at regular intervals. Its personnel is licensed in accordance with the provisions of Type A1 General Publication A1-272/2-8905 and takes part in a program to maintain its technical proficiency. This web service complies with requirements based on Commission Regulation (EU) No. 73/2010 laying down requirements on the quality of aeronautical data and aeronautical information for the single European sky.
The contents of MIL AIP Germany, the German contributions to the CENOR FLIP and the GEMIL FLIP are prepared, compiled and published by the personnel of Section A 3 III c and are considered official aeronautical publications existing alongside the print versions. All other aeronautical publications are prepared by the responsible nations and fall into their responsibility but are nevertheless considered official publications. The personnel of the Air Operations Command makes the - to the best of their knowledge and belief - latest information available. In their efforts, however, they depend on the respective publishers and publishing procedures. No guarantee is given regarding the correctness of the contents of these publications and any arising issues must be settled with the publisher.
The Aeronautical Publications Portal exclusively makes official aeronautical publications of the responsible publishers available.
Limitation of Liability
Section A 3 III c of the Air Operations Command is only responsible for its own contents which it makes available on the Portal. No liability is assumed for potential damage resulting from the use or non-use of the information provided on the Aeronautical Publications Portal or caused by computer viruses during the retrieval of information or downloading of data.
The Portal contains links to external web pages of third parties. As we do not have any influence on the contents of these pages, we cannot accept liability for third party contents. The responsibility for the contents of the linked pages lies with the respective provider or operator. All links were checked for potential violations at the time of their linking and no illegal contents were discernible at that time. Permanent monitoring of the linked pages without clear evidence indicating a violation of the law cannot reasonably be expected and will not be carried out. Once we have knowledge of such an infringement, we will remove the concerned link without delay.
Solely the provider of the linked page shall be liable for illegal, erroneous or incomplete contents and in particular for damage resulting from the use or non-use by third parties.
The Portal is registered under the number AV10042696 at Section A 3 III c of the Air Operations Command.
Those parts of the website which are available to the public may be used without disclosing personal data. If you download aeronautical publications without registering first, the file name, check sum, IP and time of download will be recorded to meet the requirements on record keeping for aeronautical publications in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) No. 73/2010. The data will be stored for the required period of 5 years and deleted thereafter.
If registration is required for operational use and/or the use of extended contents, the following data must be entered: last name, first name, official duty, (official) email address, unit, and, if available, ICAO location indicator. The data entered correspond to details on the personal and factual situation of an identified or identifiable natural person in accordance with the Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (Federal Data Protection Act), Section 3, Subsection 1. Thus, they fall under protection level 1.
Personal data are assigned to a user ID. This user ID will be logged to meet the demonstrating requirements pursuant to Commission Regulation (EU) No. 73/2010 every time a user initiates a persistent change to the information provided and/or downloads aeronautical publications and other data provided. These log data will be deleted after 5 years. Logged-in users can check the log data recorded for their user account over the last 12 months in the user menu ("Meine Protokolle", "My user log data"). This information can also be obtained from the Aeronautical Publications Portal support desk.
The data will not be transmitted to third parties. By definition of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), "third party" means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or body other than the data subject, controller, processor and persons who, under the direct authority of the controller or processor, are authorized to process personal data.

Conditions of Use
It is not mandatory to register in order to use the Aeronautical Publications Portal. however, accepting the disclaimer is. To access the Portal for operational use and for the use of extended contents, it is imperative to create a user account and log in with your personal user data. It is expressly prohibited to use access data other than your own.
Only Bundeswehr personnel may use the extended contents in line with the roles assigned to them. MilAIM personnel must always log in.
For operational use within the Bundeswehr, the Portal may only be accessed by using the Bundeswehr provided operating systems and browsers.
It is explicitly prohibited for third parties to use the contact data published on the Portal to meet legal information requirements for transmitting not expressly requested advertisements and information publications. The operators of this website expressly reserve the right to take legal actions in case of unwanted receipt of advertisements/information, e.g. via spam mails.
Data Transmission, Technical Information, Malfunctions
Please note that security gaps may occur even though data transmission on the internet is encrypted.
Known malfunctions of the Aeronautical Publications Portal will be published using Series I military NOTAM.
