The responsibility for this content rests with Section A 3 III c of airoperations command (ZentrLuftOp A 3 III c). Section A 3 III c is subject to the quality management system of military air traffic services. In 2010, it was audited and certified for the first time and it will continue to be re-audited at regular intervals, both internally and externally. Its personnel are licensed according to the provisions of the Military Air Traffic Services Special Directive 5-100 and follow a programme designed to preserve technical competence in this field. Further relevant provisions have also been issued and applied, among them those governing quality assurance and those based on EU Regulation 73/2010 laying down requirements on the quality of aeronautical data and aeronautical information for the single European sky.
The content of the MIL AIP Germany, the German sections of the CENOR FLIPs and the GEMIL FLIPs are prepared, compiled and edited by the personnel of Section A 3 III c. They are regarded as official aeronautical publications in their own right in addition to their printed counterparts. All other publications are prepared by the respective government authorities responsible for them and are also regarded as official publications. The personnel of the airoperations command go out of their way to provide up-to-date information that is accurate to their best knowledge and belief. In the process, however, they depend on the respective editors and their publication procedures.
The publications provided in the portal are always those that have been officially endorsed by the respective editors.
Unless otherwise stated, all of the aeronautical publications portal’s source code, pages and their content are subject to copyright regulations. This is not limited to the content but extends to its arrangement on the pages.
Passing the publications on to third parties is only permitted if done in the context of an appropriate AIS briefing according to the Military Air Traffic Services Special Directive 3-100 or if absolutely imperative afterwards for performing a military flight safely and in compliance with its objectives.
